Consent to Informational and Commercial Communications

By giving consent, you authorize Dragon Transactions Limited to send informational and commercial communications related to the Service, including product updates, surveys, and promotions.

1. Channels

Commercial communications covered by this consent may be sent by email or displayed within the Service. A different channel will be used only where separately offered and permitted by applicable law.

2. Data Used

For this purpose, we primarily process contact details, consent records, and limited usage information to personalize or improve relevance.

3. Optional Nature

This consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service. Operational messages needed to provide the Service, such as account, security, billing, and support notices, are not commercial communications and may still be sent.

4. Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in an email or by writing to mail@pocket-consultant.com with the subject Unsubscribe from communications. We will process email opt-out requests within 10 business days. Withdrawal does not affect communications sent before the request was processed.

5. Providers

We may use email and communications providers to deliver messages and manage preferences under reasonable contractual and security safeguards.
